You work directly with Trey, the founder, from the first call to launch day, and he brings in trusted specialists when a project needs extra hands.

Twenty minutes to hear what you need, what you have now, and your timeline. You leave with an honest take on whether we are the right fit, even if we aren’t.

The intro call is 20 minutes and free. You tell us what you need, and we tell you honestly if we’re a fit and roughly what it takes. The scoping call is 45 minutes, for when you’re ready to go: we walk through pages, features and timeline, then send a written plan. If a fee ever applies to a scoping call, we tell you before the call.

You get a confirmation email within minutes with your call time and a Zoom link, and the time is held on our calendar. Need a different time? Just reply to that email.

Yes. We scope every project to what it needs. A focused five-page site gets the same care as a large build.

We’re based in Durham, North Carolina. Calls happen over Zoom, so we work with businesses wherever they are.

It depends on how many pages and features you need. Our booking form covers budgets from under $900 up to $10,000. There’s also a monthly retainer for hosting, updates and support, which depends on what your website needs. We walk you through the numbers on your free call, and after a scoping call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and price, retainer included, so you know the full cost before any work starts.

A deposit is due before work begins, which reserves your spot in our schedule. After that, you pay in the milestones listed in your proposal, and invoices are due within 14 days unless your proposal says otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Yes. There’s a monthly retainer for hosting, updates and support, which depends on what your website needs. Beyond that, your domain name, hosting, paid plug-ins, fonts, stock photos and software subscriptions (for example an online store plan) are paid by you, either directly or at cost through us. We don’t add a markup unless your proposal says so.

No problem. Anything outside the agreed scope gets a short written change order with its price and timeline, and we start once you approve it. No surprise bills.

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come in. Your proposal lists the timeline before any work starts. The biggest thing that speeds a project up is having your text, photos and logo ready early.

Your content (text, photos, logo and any brand files), access to accounts like your domain, feedback gathered in one place, and one person who can approve the work. We tell you exactly what we need and when.

Your proposal lists the number of revision rounds. If it doesn’t say, you get two rounds of changes per phase. Extra rounds are available as a change order.

Yes. We set up an editor for your pages, posts and images, and walk your team through it before launch.

We’re reachable 24/7 for questions and updates. If anything we built doesn’t work the way your proposal describes, we fix it free during your support period (14 days after launch if your proposal doesn’t say). After that, help is available hourly or through a maintenance plan.

You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom design and code we made for your site, and everything you gave us stays yours. Your domain, hosting and other accounts are set up in your name wherever possible. We keep our reusable tools and give you a permanent license to use them on your site.

Yes. We deploy to fast global hosting and set up your domain, DNS and SSL, or work with the setup you already have.

We set every site up for search from day one: clear page titles, business details search engines can read, a sitemap, local keywords for your area and fast loading. We also make it easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT to understand your business. No one can honestly guarantee a specific ranking, but these are the foundations search engines look for.

No. We set a speed budget before design starts and test against it on real phones. Effects that break the budget get cut or simplified.

Yes. Many of your visitors will be on a phone, so we design for small screens first and test on real phones before launch.

Yes. We build for clear, readable text, full keyboard use and a calm-motion option for people who prefer less animation, and we check all of it before launch.
